Events Cancelled & Postponed

Due to the COVID-19 virus, CDC guidelines, and our efforts to socially distance ourselves for not only our wellbeing but also for the wellbeing of you, our neighbors, friends, and family, we canceled our Spring Book Sale.

Unfortunately, we will be canceling our Monthly Breakfasts and our Monthly Meetings until further notice.

As you can imagine, this is impacting our ability to fundraise for the library, even though the need for library services is higher than ever before. If your economic situation has not been hit by the pandemic, will you please consider making a donation today?

The Library opened on June 1 with limited services.
There are also unlimited online services, free wi-fi, virtual storytimes, and much more!

Library hosts Chamber Breakfast

Chamber of Commerce Event Presentation

The Van Alstyne Public Library had the pleasure of hosting the Van Alstyne Chamber of Commerce Breakfast. The Friends had a membership drive and shared information about ways local businesses can support the Library’s building improvement project.

It was great to see old friends and make some new ones, too!
